RecommendedMy first time coming in today. My husband brought me as part of our 9th wedding anniversary weekend celebration. All I can say is Great food, great environment, and the service was fast and on point even though they were pretty busy our waiter Jason ROCKED! Paid detail attention to our order and needs! I had chicken and waffles. the chicken was dark dark brown, and very dry. the waffle was brown and cold and could not cut it till I saturated it with syrup over the cold butter that would not melt. I don't send food back but this should have gone back. the waitress once the food was served kept away.. like she knew. my husband had the eggs Benedict, the hollandaise had no flavor but was much better than mine. RecommendedMy friend ordered the blueberry waffle. When she received her order, the waffle had blueberries in each hold in the waffle. She thought (me too) the waffle would have blueberries in the waffle. Neither the menu nor the waitress thought to mention this to us. My friend won't be ordering that again and we will have to ask a lot of questions because even the waitress thinks we know everything and doesn't tell us.
My little sister went in there and was told that she had to wait about half an hour which was fine, She got a little claustrophobic and she asked for some water for her wait and the server was more than happy to get it to her. That was till the owner ( Lady) STOPPED the server and looked at my sister and told the server (visable to the whole waiting area) “Absolutely not! She cannot have any water” the server came back embarrassed and confused as to why she wasn’t allowed to bring her a water. WILL NOT BEING GOING BACK.
