Had the worst experience at your restaurante this morning even trying to just order food. I honestly don’t know how you stay in business at this point. Took me 9 minutes of being on hold. I drove to your restaurante and still wasn’t allowed to place a to go order. They kept asking if I knew about the card policy, which they’ve explained over the phone. The servers were great! But Management sucks BIG time!
We showed up at 10am with a party of 13 expecting a wait but after 1 hour 45 minutes we finally get a table and it’s currently 12:20pm & still waiting for our food. Upon arrival we explained we were willing to separate our group into smaller tables set apart. We were finally seated next to each other until 10 minutes later we’re told we need to move people over no more than 6 to a table, so tell us that when you seat us. Horrendous communication here.
Owner is a a hole and talk about rude But waitress and my company Debra made it all better / and chef was killer good! .
I am not one to write reviews but our experience this morning warrants one... I went to breakfast with a friend to catch up after not seeing each due to Covid, which meant breakfast, coffee and chatting for a while. When our food came out she went to put ketchup on her potatoes and immediately saw a hair and pulled it out through the potatoes. She was grossed out and did not want to eat at that point. Too expensive for breakfast
triple charged my daughter a week ago. over drafted her account. she called and spoke to stephen who told her to come in on tuesday or thursday and he would cover her next visit for all of the trouble. next visit today and stephen says he will only cover 1 of the meals since she was the only one in that was inconvenienced. her second trip was no more expensive than the first, yeah, the triple charged meal. he was rude to her and didnt really care that her account was over drafted. he didnt dare that it took her more than ... read more
My husband and I tried this place for the first time since moving here. Waitress was very friendly, up until the check. They messed up my husband’s order twice (he ordered a menu item- no changes). After the second failed attempt, our friends and I had finished our meals, so just asked to have it taken back and not charged. The manager came and offered to make him something else really fast. The owner Randy is a very disgusting individual. Mind u I just started eat Keke's about 2 months ago n I been 3 times. I mistakenly ordered food their restaurant.
