First we walked in and the hostess had an attitude, she told us it would be half an hour wait and there was hardly any customer in the restaurant. I asked why half an hour wait and her response was "if you can't wait go eat somewhere else". I waited because I was hungry, they finally sat us down and we were told that they only had 2 servers. @Kekes corporate, Why would a chain restaurant have only 2 servers on a busy sunday? Service was very slow and the waitress was extremely rude. No coffee refills and waitress kept ignoring us when trying to get her attention. Sad because this used to be one of our favorite breakfast spots in the area. Please put waitress (name on receipt) through training again. Food was very good though.
Put a take out order in for a stack of pancakes and home fries. When I arrived at the restaurant I noticed that my bill was $3 higher on the receipt the hostess had me sign compared to the receipt I received in my email. I asked the hostess about this discrepancy and she very rudely stuck her hand out as if to shoo me away. She then shook her head and walked away from me while mumbling something about DoorDash. Our server Brittany was amazing. Very attentive and made sure that we got everything we needed to make our breakfast a great one. Even though she was extremely busy with all the tables she had she did not miss a beat. Food was awesome and service is top notch. Strongly recommend this location. Dona the manager came around to make sure their service met our expectations. It sure did, we will definitely be back in to this Keke’s location.
Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Large, comfortable booths with some privacy. Friendly, attentive staff. Good food, but overpriced for what it is. Cost about a third more than competitors.
