Took 20 minutes before our waiter ever came to the table after being seated, the place was NOT busy. Drinks took a solid 15 minutes to get to the table after ordering. So now we’re at least 35 mins in and haven’t even been offered the opportunity to order food, we did get a 2nd order of bread that we didn’t want or touch delivered to the table while still waiting for our drinks. Ordered a steak med rare and was over cooked and tough-the waiter said they where breaking in a new cook.
Waitress was very good. Food was under cooked and sent back. They brought it back and it still wasn’t done. Manager was rude and not very professional.
This place was absolutely amazing. I loved the choices and the hostess was great. The food was so delicious and fresh. This was my first time eating lobster and I was not disappointed. Different flavors took over my taste buds and I was ecstatic about the choices I mad. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. The restaurant is very nice. However, it was FREEZING in the back corner - to the point that we could not really even enjoy our meal. There was no compensation for the fact that it was freezing. We overheard numerous people in that area complaining of how cold it was. All the server kept saying was...well they've been working on the air and heating. Hmmm....maybe don't seat people in the coldest part of the restaurant then. Because it was warmer up front for sure.
We had a group of 10 people seated in a few minutes .service was good 2 people had ribs meat was not falling off bones. Pork chops over cooked and one person steak over done. Very clean venue nice bar to sit at and relax
Service was good. Atmosphere was not great, nothing special. Food was ok at best, baked potato was cold, didn't even melt the cheese on the loaded potato. We went for our anniversary and had it noted in our reservation and didn't even get a happy anniversary said to us and no special dessert offered. Will NOT be back.
Table near kitchen entrance but other tables available. I suspect my wife in wheelchair was reason. Not cool!
Food great but have to give a low score based on service. Server did not come by to check on needs. We ran out of water or any drink, did not receive ordered food but it was on bill. Waiter was unapologetic. Literally had to wave down other servers. A couple were seated next to us and they waited so long for a server they left.
