Never in my life will I go to this place again. With my experience the other day I do not believe I will even gamble at the Isle anymore. I will be going to Rhythm City from now on. I can not believe the service and food my wife and I experienced on Valentine’s Day. It ruined our night.

This is the second time we dined here. The first time was wonderful! So, we thought this would be a good choice for our Valentines Day date (a day early). The food was just as good as the first time, but the service was incredibly slow even though it wasn’t all that busy. After taking our drink order, the server only brought one drink out. Was excited to try this place out since was our first time back after the remodel. Service, ambiance was excellent. Food was a swing and a miss. We all had steaks and truly they were beyond underwhelming, served luke warm and without much taste. I would expect much better for a pricier place like this. Bill was $156 without any alcohol and 1 dessert for the table.
We ordered a round of drinks and waited a long time for them. Our appetizer was delivered before our drinks and without plates to eat it on. Our main coarse also took a very long time to arrive and when it finally did 3 out of 4 meals were cold and one steak was overdone. All in all this was a terrible dining experience.

It was a long time before the waitress came over and took our drink order and we waited quite while for them to come. The food came promptly but my husband's ribs were cold. We could not find our waitress to tell her. When she finally came over, he told her the ribs were good but cold. She said "oh" and walked away. Then about 15 minutes later, she brought a piece of dessert and said it was from the manager because of the cold ribs. The dessert was dried out. Just disappointed in how he was treated. This is our 3rd time dining at your restaurant. We were a little less satisfied on this trip. We ordered the spinach/artichoke for an appetizer and sent it back. The chips were somewhat stale. What was unusual was the way it was handled. The server left the app. on the table and said he would let the kitchen know. He then returned and asked how everything was??? Place has gone downhill. Service was poor; waitress never checked on us once except when we called her over because my steak was undercooked. Couple next to us complained as they waited 25 minutes just to get waited on. Third time in the past two months we've had poor service here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. waited 15 minutes for water refill. 15 minutes to get steak knives by then steak was cold. asked waitress for dressing & mushroom dipping sauce refill. never brought it & we never saw a waitress again. We finally walked up to front to try to get our check. waited another 10 minutes to get our check. i wish I would have asked for a refund i typically tip 25%to30%. i left no tip. I've never not tipped before.
