Steak overdone. Had to repeat order several times to waitress. Didn’t seem to understand our orders. Lobster ravioli wasn’t stuffed with lobster but some kind of cheese; which was deceiving. Two small pieces of lobster stuck under the ravioli which looked like crab legs. Will not eat there again
Absolutely no value for the money. Steak medallions with imitation crab sticks cut up on top for $32 dollars. I wish I could write a better review but I felt like we wasted our money.
We have been to Keller’s many times but, this past Saturday evening we were completely ignored by our waitress Andrea!!! I have never in my life had an experience like this and we eat out a lot including vacations and cruises we frequently take. The restaurant was not even full and they all know us from being there before. We had several different servers and the hostess bringing us things after asking two or three times but, couldn’t get service from our waitress. The quality of the food with two of our three entrées was poor. The stuffing in the pork chop was like mushy baby food. The steak fries were not steak fries, they were just regular fries. The steak trio was not a good quality steak,it was more like minute steak. That type of entrée typically would be fillet mignon on other restaurants menus. Very overpriced for the quality of food. Also, no windows in the place so it makes you feel like you’re in a basement. You really should move that to an upper floor with a great view.
Love treating ourselves to a nice dinner. Food was mediocre. Mac and cheese tasted like flour and everything was cold. Went to the bar to get a drink afterwards had a manager finally get us wine. Mine was in a dirty glass. Took forever to pay.
First of all we sat for 15 minutes before some one checked on us and then said "oh I guess we better figure who is supposed to service this table" Wife ordered the steak trio and the lobster on top was fried to a crisp. Inedible. They did bring a replacement. I Ordered steak rare. Arrived as done. Sent it back and asked for dessert to go. Well they brought dessert to eat and my steak to go. Place was not busy but they appeared to be overwhelmed. Wait staff was adequate.
Had a filet, it was cold but good flavor. Service was less than expected for the price. Poor. She was friendly but seemed very unorganized. $100.00 meal I expect much better. I still tipped well
In the Past the Food was Always good here, But, when we visited over Thanksgiving weekend, The food was Horrible. They must have a new cook. steaks were over cooked and Lobster was under cooked both nights we ate there. Will not return. Even the salad had a funky taste and the dressing was tart.
Food was good. Restaurant was empty and we had reservations but still they sat us in a far corner. Also had $100 in gift certificates but were told could only use fir exact amount - no cash back and couldn’t use toward top. Very disappointing since cash was paid for gift certificates and assumed they would more than cover cost of meal. Had to spend $35 of own money and leave with unused gift certificates!
