Our end or year financial strategy and performance review took place with our Financial Advisor. We are pleased that the performance of our retirement portfolio performed better than expected. This review was the worst review since I’ve been with Kelly starting 2017 ish. All previous data and work for past advisors was not on file. Now this will need to be regenerated and will required significant effort on both sides. My request to take control of my stock portion of my account was never setup. Ward has scheduled a follow up meeting to try and rectify the situation.
