Rep called, got info from me and never called back. He assumed I didn't have any $$ to invest and said "I assume you have bad credit" and "if you haven't saved $$ by now, what makes you think you can save in the future". Very insulting. He was looking for the big investor, I think, and couldn't be bothered dealing with "the little guy *woman*). No other rep has contacted me. I do not recommend this firm.
Greg was his normal excellent representative. Kelly Financial is lucky to have a professional representative such as him. He has the knowledge and experience to handle all of my requirements. Such so, the rest of my family members are now part of the Kelly Family.
The appointment over the telephone was prompt, professional, informative and timely. Looking forward to follow up meeting.
