My initial phone conversation with Mike Doucette provided me with the tools I need to be comfortable with financial decisions moving forward. I explained to him my retirement goals and he offered sensible decision trees and algorithims I need to review to position myself in scenerios I am comfortable with. Rep called, got info from me and never called back. He assumed I didn't have any $$ to invest and said "I assume you have bad credit" and "if you haven't saved $$ by now, what makes you think you can save in the future". Very insulting. He was looking for the big investor, I think, and couldn't be bothered dealing with "the little guy *woman*). No other rep has contacted me. I do not recommend this firm.
Greg was his normal excellent representative. Kelly Financial is lucky to have a professional representative such as him. He has the knowledge and experience to handle all of my requirements. Such so, the rest of my family members are now part of the Kelly Family.
The appointment over the telephone was prompt, professional, informative and timely. Looking forward to follow up meeting.
We’re very happy to be with Kelly. Greg really seems to know us and our needs well and we’ve only met with him twice. He is very on top of his game!
