Over the years I have listened to Bill Kelly on the radio and always thought that he has many of the same thoughts and values as I do. Being fairly conservative is one of them . After we retired ,my wife and I knew we needed help. We weren't rich but were comfortable in our retirement. We were a little apprehensive at first but we were put at ease quickly by Mr.Kelly. We are continuing our retirement planning and looking forward to doing business with him and his company in the future.
