Excellent courteous, knowledgeable staff. I have been with this staff for over a year. I'm satisfied with the Anuity but not with the rest of my portfolio. I have friends that remained with Fedelity that manage thier accounts. Same status but thier portfolio grew where I lost or broke even. I'm frustrated hearing the results after each meeting.
