Recently I met with the Kelly Financial Services which was recommended to me by an astute and good friend. I needed advice on what avenue I should take in rolling over my small 401K's into an IRA. I met with Bill Kelly and felt quite comfortable in Bill's presence as I found him to be an astute and compassionate man. Cindy was very helpful in guiding me in the process.
