When I tell you that this lender is on top of everything, I am not lying . She’s responsive , explains in detail , gets you the best rate, helps with all your questions, won’t make you feel dumb for not knowing certain things . She’s a rockstar. Using American Pacific Mortgage was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Kelly made the whole process stress and hassle free. She is very helpful. She goes out of her way to make it possible to get you where you want to be with your mortagage. Also having a direct line that I could reach Kelly at for all of my questions was truly awesome, her years of loan experience made all the difference. Kelly is the best ever. Once she did our loan for the first time, we never dealt with anybody else again. She response to all of your needs and questions in a short period of time. Kelly was such a pleasure to work with. She went well above and beyond to get me an interest rate that was substantially lower than any other lending group. She was able to accomplish this because she was willing to put in the extra work to lock in the lowest rate, and this was due to her superior understanding of the secondary market, and what loans can be bought up by Fannie and Freddie.
