"Always the best!" When I visit Ganley Nissan I am always treated with the upmost respect from everyone in the shop. Including the folks that are not even waiting on me.. Nissan Ganley is the best and I will continue to remain a loyal customer!
"Routine oil change " Work done was quick and efficient. Service rep personable and very professional. Waiting area clean. Service rep also helped with a problem I was having with getting phone numbers to be displayed
"Great service" Outstanding job done in a timely manner. Service advisor was very professional and extremely helpful. Went out of their way to ensure that my truck was ready for an upcoming 5000 mile trip.
"Service Action Alert Resolution" My car was recently issued an action alert and when I received the mailer I immediately called. Mike was quick to provide a date, loaner car and an update on the process. Once I brought my car in the work was completed quickly, they checked on my other concerns and got me on the road again as quickly as possible.
"Excellent" We were met by several employees and then sat with Mike. He was excellent in his presentation and dealings with us. We will surely pass his name and this dealership along to our friends.
