"Service team; Nick and Mike both are very friendly" Flexible schedule and friendly service team (Nick and Mike). Mike always pleasant to deal with and has a loaner ready for me. Nick did a great job recommending to call nissan to assist with the cost of dim headlight issue.

"Trans fluid change. Drive belt replace. Lower control arm." Great service as usual. Love that they do 21 point inspection check all fluids and battery strength and wash the vehicle. Every one is super friendly and courteous.

"New battery and oil change" Had an issue with car not starting. Nick was very helpful. I didn’t think it could be the battery as I had a new one in the last year or so. Thank goodness battery was under warranty. Nick installed a new one as well as had an oil change. Worked out well!

"Friendly, quick and helpful!" My service advisor, Nick, was amazing as always! He's very thorough and patient, explaining everything in ways that someone with no auto repair knowledge understands! There are Nissan stores closer to home but I will always drive extra for the great service I receive at Ken Ganley Nissan!
