"Appt availability was good. My car was taken right away..." Appt availability was good. My car was taken right away and then I was told what was wrong with it and how long I would have to wait. However, it was a long wait and I did have to stay because I did not have a ride 25 minutes back home so I ended up staying about 2.5 hours. Other than that, no complaints.

"I had my Infiniti towed to Ken Ganley since it was the..." I had my Infiniti towed to Ken Ganley since it was the closest Nissan dealer. I used the night drop since it was after hours. Vince from service called and got my ok for analyzing the problem and advising me about the repair. The repair was performed and I picked up my car with no problem. I considered the service prompt and courteous.
