"Everyone is always so nice. I brought my vehicle in for..." Everyone is always so nice. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change & tire rotation. They found 2 open recalls on car and came in and notified me. They did all required work in a timely manner to get me on my way quickly.( I had to be somewhere soon)

"Minor work" Greeted promptly and courteously, even though I didn't have an appointment. Service great, but disappointed at payment. I have been receiving emails talking about 1-to-1 rewards balance, and was expecting to be able to redeem those against this visit, but was told that system was down so I ended up having to pay the full amount out of pocket.
