"I was able to make the appointment for an oil change and..." I was able to make the appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for the day and time that I requested. Vincent Vecterilis scheduled it. When I arrived Mike McNeeley came right over to my car and said they would take care of everything. Mike reviewed the work that was done on my car and it had it washed and ready to go. Mike and Vince always call me by my first name and I feel confident that they will make sure my car is well maintained.

Could not find but a service man went for a ride with me, heard sounds and took back to the shop and solved the problem. Great job.

"Ken Ganley Nissan has it all!" Although I did not purchase my Murano at Ken Ganley, when we moved to Medina I wanted to find the closest Nissan dealer to our new home. That was in 2013. They have an excellent service department and never pressure you into what you don't need. This year 2020 I purchased my next Murano from them because I knew that for the last 7 years they have taken such good care of my car.
