"Good service" Service quality was good. However, please keep customers updated on progress. I sat in waiting area for approximately one hour and twenty minutes before anyone updated me on progress of my vehicle. After we discussed what needed to be done, I found out that my car wouldn’t be done for another hour to hour and a half. After I expressed my displeasure, I was offered a vehicle to drive until my car was finished. That was great! Also, thanks for supplying complimentary snacks and beverages.
