We had an absolutely incredible time on Drifter’s Lodge 12 mile,3 hour rafting trip in June. Our guide, Liam, was absolutely wonderful with our kids and very informative and personable. The owner picked us up in the van and was just as friendly and kind. The customer service we received was like none other - a postcard a few days later thanking us and a follow up call to be sure we were satisfied - on top of good service on the actual day. I was literally blown away with the level of service and care we received on our trip. Every single staff member improved our experience. A beautiful place to visit and turn off the outside world! We did the all-inclusive and fished several different places. The staff - ALL of them- attentive, informative,friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your stay with them is the best. On the last day I did not want to go home! If you want a superb experience in Alaska, this is the place to stay!

Every person on staff makes you feel like your Alaska experience is the most important thing on their agenda. Customer service is truly out of this world! Just a couple of Locals floating the Upper!! Had an amazing time with our guide Drew! This was the 3hr float, I’ll definitely be back for a canyon float! 🙌🏻👍🏼🤘🏼
