Property manager is very attentive to the grounds and goes above and beyond to get things fixed or sorted out. Maintenance is very quick and efficient as well.
I've really enjoyed living here, the apartments are super quiet due to the thick walls. Infonta the property manager is wonderful at responding quickly and the service is impeccable.

Every single request for assistance has been met quickly and happily. Infonta and the rest of the KD staff have made living at Delaware Park Apartments very enjoyable. It’s been a wonderful living experience.
Both of the maintenance guys were very polite and helpful! They ended up fixing two issues while they were here and going above and beyond to make sure everything was all set. I really appreciate how quick and easy the whole process was!
My fridge hasn’t been working well all summer so they replaced it with a new one. What I appreciate the most (other than them having to move everything) is the little thing of putting all my fridge magnets from my old one onto the new one. Just something small like that felt very personal.
I think this place is good to live.
