Wonderful location with an even better staff. Infonta, the property manager, is warm, knowledgable and pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the complex.

I asked that they fix the entrance door to the garage - it didn’t close all the way unless you gave it an extra push, thus it was often left ajar, meaning anyone could enter. The very next day, the maintenance staff was out there and they fixed it even better than I expected. Now it opens more smoothly and always closes completely.

My building manager Matt was great person. Will listen talk to you help get things done. Maintenance was quick. Matt try hard to keep lobby main entrance clean and safe. Cleaning was done once a week on my floor hallway elevators and stairwells. Because of Deaf/HH myself I needed door bell with strobe had to put one on my door because building is for hearing persons. Not extra alarms with lighting is installed there. The building is mostly quiet and they enforce keep quiet no disturb neighbors. Good. Most people I meet when... read more
