Every single request for assistance has been met quickly and happily. Infonta and the rest of the KD staff have made living at Delaware Park Apartments very enjoyable. It’s been a wonderful living experience.

My fridge hasn’t been working well all summer so they replaced it with a new one. What I appreciate the most (other than them having to move everything) is the little thing of putting all my fridge magnets from my old one onto the new one. Just something small like that felt very personal.

My apartment is well maintained, however, I experienced a plumbing issue this morning. By the time I finished having breakfast, maintenance arrived. Within the hour, the problem that appeared to be major had beenresolved. The response to my request for maintenance was excellent , so I am pleased with the service that I received.

The crew arrived midday. The checked the fixture . They also checked the circuit breakers (which I had did, when the power went off). They determined that an electrician is needed. They did all that they were cable of doing. They were courteous and polite. However, the power is continuing to be shut off in different places…from outlets , to entire sections of the apartment at various times of the night. I feel that it is being controlled from outside the apartment.
