My experience working with Jessica was wonderful. She was personable and extremely professional especially during my medical transition which was the reason I moved to the first floor apartment. Some of our conversations had to be done on the phone while I was in Ithaca staying with my son and his family while I was recuperating during this health crisis. Kenmore Development has been a top notch customer service driven company. When a work order is made, they respond quickly and efficiently. The maintenance men always come to work with a smile and with a service attitude. I know that people can be demanding, disrespectful even. There was a slight miscommunication about a part being needed for the stove and we weren’t informed. But a second call yielded a visit from a very nice gentleman (forgot his name, but he’s been with the company forever) who explained that a newer guy had answered the call and not left a note. So far our oven is working better and not incinerating our food. My only complaint —and I should have put it in the notes when I requested — was that the door to the kitchen at the top of the stairs was closed when we returned. We l... read more
