I loved the time I spent at the Gateway apartments. The employees at the building were always friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. Ten minutes from everything. The little restaurants in the neighborhood were always enjoyable. The bike path was a major plus. I simply can’t say enough about how enjoyable the time I spent there was… It was like vacation all the time living on the river… like I said I loved it.

I recently renewed my lease for my fourth year living here. I love my apartment; the layout is just perfect with ample storage space inside & additional storage in the basement. The apartments are nestled in a perfect location with a short drive to just about anywhere in the Buffalo Metro area. I had an injury at work and was in need of some ADA handrails to my bathroom so I could recover from surgery at home. The maintenance department came in and replaced a thermostat. They were fast and efficient. They also tested it to make sure that it worked correctly. I think they always do a good job.
