Great! There could be an extra staircase to go right to the pool instead of having to go around each time. The bathroom was a little dark, could use more lighting. Also, there should be a general use bathroom in the lobby/grounds. I liked the room for sure. Pool area is great.

We stay her every time we come out to Montauk and it never fails us. Always a good experience. Rooms are always clean, Some of the rooms are little dated, there was not really any private balcony with this room in particular but usually over all good experience Property was very pretty, fresh flowers, fire pit and bbq area is well kept. Family friendly hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. No carpets which I like at a beach hotel.
Okay! Location was ok ish The room was big and comfortable but it wasn’t super clean and the sofa smelled
Good Can hear people in the room above and outside by the pool. No matter what temperature we set the AC at the room felt damp. The pool area was nice and clean. The location was great...walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and bars. Close to beach area as well.
It was great No place to charge my phone in the room ...no usb ....but i got a wall plug and was good to go.. It was better then i was thinking . Workers were on the spot ..and helpful. Room was spotless and everything worked .
GRETA PLACE TO STAY CLEAN NICE ROOM .ALL AMENITITTES WERE PERFECT GRETA STAFF ,JOHN AT THE DESK VERY NICE AND JOSIE NTHE MASCOT IS CUTE
