Exceptional Nothing really comes to mind Location to the marina and beach area next to the inlet
Nice staff, nice pool Some fixtures & fittings were broken or missing Friendly staff

An affordable (for Montauk) alternative to renting a house a bit off the beaten track so you need a car to get to the be The AC in the LR of the 2 br apartment didn’t penetrate the bedrooms. The fans in those rooms worked ok to cool the brs at night but if it had been hotter/more humid may not have. The restaurant was closed for renovation. The pool and outdoor garden areas are lovely. The two room apartment is an efficiency and though on the small side was fine for two adults. The king bed in the MBR was v. comfortable.
Kenny’s is always my go to choice when staying in montauk. You cannot beat the value. Everything was great Clean, large rooms. Snug properly with nice pool and loungers.
