Very Good A bit overpriced Very clean, nice amenities
We had a lovely stay at the Tipperary Inn. Perfect for our small family get away to Montauk. The outlets in our room were wobbly and weak, slow to charge our things. I likes the pool and the patio area. My daughter loved all the water fountains throughout the grounds.

I was able to have my dog, other guests were pleasant. No rowdy people tiny toilet big enough firm beds and pillows. Toilet was for tiny people, too low tot he ground. A grab bar would help
pleasant Hotel in back looked a little run down compared to front. Pillows were hard as a rock. Pre booked for 2 queen beds, 3 people. Another friend decided to join and we were charged for being honest and notifying you in advance an extra $25 even though we already paid for a room that could accomodate 4 people Pool was clean, Buddah temple was a nice touch. Good coffee, friendly cleaning staff.
