Fair Check in process is weird. Had to call some number only to be told to text. Some guy comes out of a room, looks like we woke him up. Than stared at us from porch. Nothing.

Staff was nice understood my concerns and was apologetic The guest in the next room had the tv blasting the loudest it can be on from 8pm to 7 am my walls were literally shaking made no sense at all. So much for a peaceful night getaway Nice location staff was very nice
Fair Que me quede tres noche y no me cambiaron las sabanas nueva de la habitación me dejaron las misma desde que entré hasta que salí me dieron servicio pero no me cambiaron las sábanas de la cama esa 3 noche dejaron la misma solo la arreglaba y ya . No votaron ni la basura y no fregaron las cosa . Lugar tranquilo y paz Solo tiene q arreglar queden un mejor servicio en las habitaciones

Clean and convenient. Will not return. The bed pillows were like concrete, the ceiling fan would only work in super high speed and it could not be changed. Ceiling light did not work. Remote control also did not work. Although the room was clean, everything was very dated and in serious need of updating. Everywhere was very clean. Marcus on reception was great, really pleasant and helpful. His great dane Talulah was a sweetie!

Our new memory foam pillows can feel quite firm at first, but each room also has standard pillows in the closet—and we’re always happy to bring more if needed. We wish we’d known about the fan and lighting during your stay, we would’ve been happy to fix those right away. While we’re not newly renovated, our team works hard to keep things comfortable, clean, and friendly for every guest.
Disappointing Funny smell in room…outdated The sink surround had lots of tiny ant things crawling over your toothbrush and stuff … for the money it was not great value… sheets and bed were clean and the room was ok Nice location

Disappointing
Fair Advertised a king bed it’s was not and it was very uncomfortable. No air conditioning in bedroom bathroom need update the towel rail were horrible and shower rail rusted.
