It was expensive and I regret my choice. It was worn down. Popcorn ceiling and old The bed was clean
Convenient location through an unusual property Very tired, in need of renovation / upgrade. It had an unusual vibe. It felt unloved. Location to Montauk town and the sweet harbor nearby was welcomed.

friendly staff - close to restaurants and marina . Very expensive for what you get. The doors had issues closing and locking ( front /back /bathroom.) The toilet stopping flushing. Had to call for help and then got scolded about “feminine products” ( which no one used ). Very very expensive for that size room you get. Close Location to marina & restaurants & -pool is right there and the other door led us to the car

Fair Front desk lady was not friendly. I was double charged for a third person. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. It was gross. The bathroom tub sounded and felt like it was loose and gonna break through floor while showering. The toilet was extra small and old. For what I paid for 2 nights, I expected updated rooms. Location was good
