My stay was OK I love the grill area the pool area. Everything else needs to be renovated I requested to be on the ground floor because I had knee surgery on both of my knees I was put on the top floor.up and Dow was slow and painful. I felt like it was a struggle to get clean linen. If I didn’t want my room serviced, it was like pulling teeth, and that just made me feel very uncomfortable, my knees have been swollen since the trip I spent five days there and I just felt like it should’ve been more hospitable the housekeeper... read more

Not great ! Nothing . Not clean. Weird staff. Parking not accessible. Not much . And they are charging me $75 for damage to tvs that were not used! Scam artists . Remove them from your service !

It is in a severe declining trend ; needs investment and employees are now used to things that do not work fine The rooms are in a deteriorating trend; lights on the roof did not work (tried to fix them unsuccessfully); the WiFi worked and then did not work every minute; the electronic lock on the door did not function properly, sometimes not closing the door. Disappointing SO overpriced for what it is and the description for the 2 bedroom is NOT accurate. It says it is a king bed and a queen bed and the second bedroom is only a double which does not comfortably sleep 2 full grown people. No closets to put your clothes and the kitchen had like 2 cups and no utensils. Cheapest thing in Montauk but definitely are getting very little for what you pay for. Good location & cheap prices. Rooms have been somewhat renovated.

it was pleasant bathroom wayyyyy too small and the check in area very small w no bathroom on the first floor Also a coffee pot in room would be nice. I thik the place needs a little updating and refreshing. the room was nice and clean the pool and pool area were beautiful
