No AC in bedrooms, outdated rooms, infested with ants, restaurant attached is actually closed The AC unit was only in the living room area and the 2 bedrooms had no fan or AC. The room was also extremely outdated, nothing like the photos looked online. I guess if you’re staying there just for fishing it’s fine, but as a family weekend getaway, it was subpar. Hi Jill, thank you for your review! We have 1 HVAC per room, our largest apartment units may take a little longer to get cold. As one of the few locally owned hotels in Montauk left we do our best to update rooms each year (we are about 90% of the way there!), but all the room types have equal amenities so you're not missing out too much. With all the greenery in Montauk and presence of food, ants are naturally attracted but our staff is happy to clean and sanitize if they appear! We paid a lot of money for a place that really didn’t make you feel welcome as a guest. No coffee machine, no cups to brush your teeth, no hooks on bathroom door to hang a towel or clothes when showering, the soda and ice cream machines were out of order. It was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Coffee machines come equipped only in our apartment units, but we have a Keurig machine available in the office for guest use as well as a deli right behind us open from 6:00AM if you’re an early riser! Fair
Love the property but the managers/owners can be quite rude despite all of the money you pay. The managers/owners of the property were not very welcoming. When I checked out they were quite rude. The cost for the night we stayed was extremely expensive. The property is great and the rooms are spacious and perfect for a getaway.

Was quick. No refrigerator as advertised. Tv did not work with cable tv.

Regarding the TV, sometimes people unplug the cables to stream from their own devices. Location good, rooms lacklustre! cleanliness of the room. bathtub full of hairs from previous guests, any infestation also in bathroom. If you’re on the ground floor, the ceiling is paper thin and the floors are hard so you can hear every single movement from upstairs room if it’s got guests in. location was good - nice and quiet
I will not recommend this motel and won’t be returning. They sent me a message that they would charge 50% and the rest at check in. They charged the entire amount before we checked in without authorization. A received a message to go to the office by 9pm but when I got there the guy at the desk came out like shirt opened half awake. He didn’t know why I was there.
