Poor The room had MAJOR issues. The bathroom smelled like urine. Ants all over the bedroom (we didn’t have food in there, just water). No Air conditioning in the bedrooms so had to sleep with the doors open so we had no privacy. The room was very dark, and the last day we were there the bathroom slider came off the track and I was trapped in the bathroom for 20 minutes until my husband came back from getting coffee. Except for the first night fiasco, our stay was pleasant. Many young people were allowed to rent rooms throughout the property and had lots of friends partying all night. someone attempted to get into our room and the noise lasted till 4 a.m. Staff was not readily available to help. The next day, all kids were evicted, our room was changed to an upgraded room for our inconvenience. The staff was very nice and mostly helpful.. Liked the pool and the property. Okay Over priced. $500 per night on Booking.com & showers ran out of hot water. Bathroom very small & room muggy. Location & bed was comfortable
Love Montauk. This hotel- not so much. We paid $1700 for 2 nights in 2 rooms here- only to have No bottled water in the bedrooms. It’s incredibly overpriced for a motel- presumably because it allows dogs so has the monopoly. But this hotel is average to say the least.

Mediocre I did not like the bathroom set up or the balcony over looking the parking lot. I did not like the 10:00 am checkout time and would not have booked through booking.com had I known about it. Almost all places have an 11:00 am checkout. The bed was comfortable
