The pictures most definitely provide a false reality of what one should expect when staying. Tv’s didn’t work, three la Location, cleanliness, room equipment (lamps, tv, blow dryer) Not much.
Not a good experience with staff. The cleaning people were very ill-mannered, she opens the door without knocking on the door. While we were sleeping and she was not going away. I told her that we will contact the front desk and she kept the door opened. Very rude behavior.
Amazing spot! The overall stay was amazing and we even extended our stay, but not sure this is an off season thing or not but the showers would not get cold at all and the heat/rooms were beyond dry. Fair I did not like that the main office and my room smelled like cigarettes immediately upon entering, I did not like the fact that the hot water in the shower didnt work while I stayed there during 30-40 degree days. I honestly did not feel like everything I was touching in the room was clean. Loved the location, anywhere in Montauk is always amazing.

Overpriced disappointment It’s actually a clean motel. Wayyyy overpriced. You have to disconnect lamps from Wall jack cause that’s the only place you can charge your phone and laptop. Internet was down and was coming and going most of the time. Barely any privacy because you can hear people talking and walking by your door all the time. It’s a nice establishment but old so when people upstairs walk or talk... you can hear everything. It’s a good place for $60-$75 a night. NOT $160. Clean. No funny smell/odor. Little okay for a night stay. What I didn’t like is the room is dark and smells. Bathroom is small and no hooks etc to hang. Like it because it’s close to the end.
Fair No hot water for shower. Odd Room layout Perfect Location. Liked having a coffee-maker in my room. Liked the small meditation room.
Poor The only problem I encountered was one day we were sitting by the pool. And I saw someone open my door on the second floor. I walked upstairs and the worker from the front desk and another worker were in my room looking around. They said they were looking for the last residents phone. I did no appreciate not being told they wanted to look for the phone and found it extremely unprofessional to just walk into a room when I wasn’t there.
