Very Poor Go somewhere else if ur looking to enjoy your stay. the place does not look like the pictures at all. It just feels gross
There were Little ants all over our room and the property was infested. When I told the guy at the front desk about The situation he didn't seem to care. Also non of the electrical outlets were covered. It wasn't worth the money it cost to stay there and U would not go back. The pool was nice when it Wasn't filled with loud obnoxious 20 something year olds
Fair There was an ant infestation in the room. We couldn't eat without the ants taking over.

Poor This is a rather shabby Motel along the lines of Super 8. Outside better than the building. Bed is hard, sofa in room looks dirty and the carpet smells. Outdated decor and furniture. An outrageously overpriced option if nothing else is available in Montauk. Simple Motel property with pool and decent landscaping. Dog friendly.
I've stayed in better hotels for $50 a night If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. It is DISGUSTING! There are ants EVERYWHERE! Ants in the bed, the bedroom, the kitchen, the cabinets...everywhere. They put ant traps all over the room but clearly they aren't working. My name is Edward Kenny and I am the owner of Kenny's Tipperary Inn. I feel obligated to respond to this negative complaint and clear up a couple of misrepresentations regarding the complaint concerning our facility. The young adults in question had a reservation at our facility and arrived at approximately 11:30 AM to check in. Our check-in time is between 3:00 - 4:00 PM. Terribel I had no power no electric no air conditioner or light for 6 hours from my arrival time.
Poor Showers were freezing cold and WiFi didn’t work Clean
The price was over $300 per night but the value was like an $80 motel room. They gave us a crappy room with old and dirty furniture. The A/C were dirty. There are cat scratches on the door frame. There are other nicer rooms in the building but not for us. The rate we paid for our crappy room was the same as for other nicer rooms. I like that we can walk to restaurants and a beach.
