Exceptional Good area able to use BBQ facilities
2nd time booked vacation and it was just as pleasant as it was the first time. I will definitely book here every year Nothing I didn’t like Peaceful and charming
Wonderful I loved the pool. It was clean and refreshing. All the plants and flowers were pretty. The Montauk area was beautiful.

Good location with in walking distance to restaurants, bars and beaches. No complaints. Dog friendly at an affordable price especially compared to competitive properties.
Only stayed overnight to catch ferry to block island, but room was clean, it was in a good location, landscaping around Clean, good location
Amazing None. The entire stay was amazing. The vibes are great here.
Exceptional The interior of the room was not modern. It had regular 90s decorations. However, it was what we expected. We have been enjoiying our stay. The housekeeper texted the key code to us before we arrived. This made our check-in smooth even though we arrived late after the regular check-in time.
