Solid 6. Cleanliness is suspect. The Wi-Fi does not work at.all. Again, there is no Wi-Fi. Also, you also probably won’t have cell reception. This may be a good thing, Solid 6.
Nice place to spend a few nights in the area when you’re mostly out exploring. Little in the way of soundproofing and could do with some blackout shades. Kenny’s is on the quieter side of Montauk —in Montauk Harbor, and we were there in the off season, so it was very peaceful. It was very clean and the decor of the room was modern, neutral without being cold. Comfortable temperature in the room and shower was great! A good variety of restaurants just a short drive away.

Exceptional Tipperary never dissapoints. Rooms are amazing and so is location. Much better value than the rooms near main street Montauk. Five minute Uber ride from town if having beverages. Great stay
