Overall charming and clean hotel. Only drawback is not being able to walk to town + price was high. Location was not ideal as it was not walking to town. Great room, spacious, clean.

Outside is in need of serious facelift but interior rooms are lovely! I was told room can accomodate 6 adults. It really isn't great for six. One KIng bed, One double bed and a blow up air mattress for one and other person on the couch...so wasn't ideal. Good new it was a bunch of young adult friends in a band together so they figured out sleeping set up. Montauk in general is way overpriced these days. The interior of the rooms are lovely and redone. Comfortable. The apartments have small but nice kitchen with full fridge.
Wonderful Location
A quiet and peaceful stay in Montauk! There was a restaurant on site, but it was not open. I dont know if it opens during the summer season or not. The property was clean and had nice decor. Outdoor courtyard and pool was open. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was good. It was a few minutes walk to Gosmans Dock/restaurants and there was a nearby beach Culloden Beach, that you could walk to. We also walked to Star Island and the different nearby marinas. It was nice price was high not owners fought Booking.com charged me a price and on the very same day we cked in it was a WiFi didn’t work It was clean ,location good friendly owners.
