I am very happy at Kensington Manor ! Been living there 4 months and am very happy. The office staff, Dashanay and Will , are very very helpful and kind. We all just got new windows and patio doors, and they are Argon gas filled, and substantial I was pleasantly surprised when I moved in how clean the apartment was. The tub tile surround is either brand new, or very new I did have an issue with the heat, and someone came within 2 hours to look at it, and it was fixed by the next day

Verified Renter Poor response to maintenance requests. Things often need many requests. It’s a good location, convenient, but management generally ignores requests.

Verified Renter Overall my experience at Kensington Manor is pleasant. The grounds are well kept. My apartment has beautiful updated cabinets and I feel safe thus far. I have good friendly neighbors. The location of Kensington Manor is accessible to many Major roads and freeways.The leasing office agents are always pleasant and courteous. I would recommend Kensington Manor to someone looking for a authentically pleasing and quiet apartment complex. Just pack your patience when it comes to repairs.
