Verified Renter Everyone here is very nice and try to do their best, but the staff (maintenance) is not sufficient. The complex is okay, however it is an older complex which requires maintenance which isn't available and Beztak doesn't care at all. Last year administration was onsite, I tried to voice my concerns, and the senior representative just walked away. He said the person he was with would handle it. Rude, but a good indication of the general attitude of the administration at Beztak.

Verified Renter I love my apartment, but I have been unable to resolve a safety issue. Do not sign a lease without first viewing the apartment. I was not allowed to see my apartment until I had already signed my lease.

Kensington Manor Review The apartments at Kensington Manor are not worth the price. They sucker you in with a special rate, but when the increase happens it's truly unbelievable. The yearly increase ranges are $50.00 to $100.00 a month. My 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom is now leasing at $1,045.00 a month. This amount does not include the additional $40.00 a month heat fee (that's paid year around) or the $35.00 monthly fee for water and trash.
