Verified Renter Reasonably priced, nice community, buildings are rather old, and could use some updating, otherwise, I am quite happy to live here. Only one thing - - - parking can be a problem unless you rent a carport!!

Verified Renter The team at Kensington Manor Apt. are very friendly and helpful. They do an excellent job with snow removal and keeping the walk way clear. The apartments are very nice.
Miss I sold my home and moved into this nice two bedroom apartment that is very spacious and maintenance free for me! It's all about making that phone call, if you know what I mean. I particularly like the real dinning room and the sliding-glass door that leads out to a very nice size deck. The apartment includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher. No Communication Maintenance has no communication and nothing is done correct the first time. I love the location and it is quiet and safe. The ground when I first moved in was beautiful now bushes are overgrown and dying. Trees are over grown, the sprinkles run 24hrs and then flood the basement.

Disabled Veteran leased apartment with Roaches The apartment they moved us into had Roaches. We were supposed to move in on Sunday Aug 28 , but was called two days before to say we can't because it's infested with roaches. We would be homeless at this point so they put us up in a one bedroom for the week so they could get rid of the roaches. (Which made us have to move ALL our stuff twice) We asked Will if they checked the other units for roaches and he said he did personally. When we got to move grandma in- who is a retired... read more

please run and look somewhere It’s the worst apartment I’ve ever rented If you request a maintenance, you should expect them coming in a month or more They will always charge you for extra charges on your rent so keep an eye on it because when you follow up with them, they will tell you it’s an accident. It has been more than three times in one year. You will always have a problem with the parking lots They will never ever return a call for your voicemail messages

Verified Renter It is not good apartment. At a very similar cost, there are alternatives... Very bad maintenance - you will have to wait for literally months. After visiting several times and arguing in the office then maybe you can complete maintenance.
