The staff in C wing is amazing. Sylvia & Matt we're phenomenal. always giving the best care, the therapy is awesome. no complaints about this place.
I want to give a huge rave to Maria Melinda and Neil on A wing for always going above and beyond . They have so many patients to see but always take great care of my Mom. Thank You!
My mother is a current patient and we received good care until today when her roommate got Covid and they wanted to keep my mother in the same room. Employee Andy Trejo said it was their policy and when I asked for a copy of policy he refused to share it with me. My mother is immunocompromised but Andy's solution to me was to move my mother out of the facility TODAY knowing this is impossible. No concern about further exposure to patients. While at this facility, within two weeks my mom (who later was diagnosed with cancer) got a UTI infection, a fungal infection, a bed sore on her back, a bedsore on her foot and they placed her in quarantine because they thought she had some type of highly contagious disease two weeks after she was admitted, which proved to false. My mother literally went through hell and because I'm so far away, I had to resolve many matters over the phone. I would have to write for two hours to explain the manhandling, abuse, dysfunction and sometimes edible food. Hope I am out soon. I have a collapsed lung. This is what MediCAL will get you. DON'T GO THERE!!
Watching my mom go through what she did at this rehab facility broke my heart. The lack of care and compassion she received was beyond horrible. No family should ever have to worry if their loved one is being treated with dignity and kindness. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you truly love your family, please find somewhere else where they will be cared for the way they deserve.
Terrible communication with the administration. Nothing gets done that the patient or their advocate requests. Must have an advocate if going to this place. One nurse and some nurses aides were very helpful. Good luck ever seeing a doctor.
They did not treat my Mother in laws eye infection Now we're at the er I can't believe they would not help her
The worst place ever. Therapy horrible this place is horrible. They don't feed my uncle and he was feeding assist.
