I had 6 windows installed and 1 interior door replaced. Windows are beautiful and team was prompt and professional. The door did not come with the proper hinges (so it would close automatically), and they had to be ordered. I feel that they could have done a better of communicating. I had to follow up repeatedly, and even when I was told the part was in, it took another three weeks for them to swap out the hinges. Not only are the windows top quality, the installation and service was exceptional. They arrived early, finished early, and were very professional. Lovely all the way around.
Professional, responsive, and overall just great team to work with. The new windows are gorgeous, they worked quickly during the install and left everything cleaned up. We immediately noticed the difference in both sound and temperature control.
I love the way they stayed in touch, even sending a care package, while waiting on delivery. Nice down to earth folks!
Outstanding!!! If I could give them a 10, I would. The appraisal is done by the owner, because he likes to ensure that the info and quote that you receive is accurate. The windows came rather quickly (3-4 weeks) and the installation was fast. They'd estimated 6-8 hours, however, they (2 installers) were done in less that 6 hours and that's with taking an hour off for lunch. This owner was very patient with my HOA. The installer installed the two windows in less than three hours and cleaned up where you didn� t know if he was here at all. If I ever need anything with windows I will contact Greg, the owner. Excellent customer service, excellent price and excellent workmanship. I� m so pleased with my windows.
