Greg was so helpful when providing us an estimate for new windows. He went over everything we could expect throughout the entire process and he answered every question without making us feel rushed. Even after he left our home, he continued to an answer all of my follow up questions in a timely manner. At one point instead of replying to my email he called and made sure I understood the answer. Greg is awesome, he communicated with me throughout the whole experience. Really amazing business! They were able to get me in earlier than expected and my windows and patio door are great! Recommended them to my neighbors and to anyone else looking to get windows redone.
K and G installed the great windows in our basement, replacing the old metal frame windows that were falling apart, letting dust, water and insects into our house.. The team members I talked with were friendly and respectful. Greg Gallert provided a quality product and installation per our agreement.
Greg and his team were all great. Great communication and reasonably priced. I would definitely use K&G again in the future.
The windows and sliding glass door look great (although one of the windows installed was the wrong kind). The installers were nice. The customer service and timeliness of it all during COVID was awful. Communication was severely lacking. However, from what I found, you canâ t beat the price.

Chelsea hit the nail on the head, we had terrible manufacturer delays, and we were not given very many updates making it hard to relay information. I personally take responsibility to make a better effort to contact all of our customers more repeatedly during this weird time. Thank You to Chelsea for the opportunity. The window we installed wrong should have been a Hung unit but we did install a casement and have offered to swap them out if it is not acceptable. Greg.
