Windows are a commodity, but customer service and conscientious work are not. This is where Greg and his team added great value. My sales experience was very low-pressure in marked contrast to the other companies I considered. Greg visited my house twice to answer questions and was very responsive throughout the sales and installation phases. The K & G installation team was very fast and very competent. Highly recommended.
We had a few schedule delays due to weather and some other factors, but the team performed quality work. We had all of our windows and 2 sliding doors replaced in one day.
The estimator, scheduler and installers were above top notch. Friendly, efficient and thorough. Personally sent recommendations to friends, family and neighbors.
