The sales people are rude and not very helpful. Went there today with a friend and kids and was treated like we were low class… lady trailed behind my child like he was gonna steal… mind you my son is two and older is five. Had me pay for a toy she said he broke but definitely did not! Toy was $32 damn dollars for a lil plush veggie set. Smh… Definitely liked going there when they were on 29 where they had some better staff, but this experience definitely had me livid. the “owner” discriminates kids with intellectual disabilities. she wouldn’t let my niece with autism play with toys but will let other kids run through the store with toys & everything!!! i highly suggest corporate reevaluates who they hire to “ manage “ a kids store !!!!
Absolutely the WORST PLACE to sell items to! They turn down almost every item including toys! Saying that they can't even except items that are NEW! ILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME WITH THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER!

Today the manager that was in the store insisted that my sister “take her child to the car” due to her child being “too loud” and being “distracting”. My niece has ADHD and is two years old. This is disgusting behavior of an adult and as an early childcare educator who teaches two year olds, I will NEVER recommend kid to kid again. I think there needs to be a review of what staff you have and how they’re treating the children, and parents who are trying their best, while in the store.

Please do not go to the store if your chad has any kind of learning disability or high functioning autism. They will tell you you have to wait in the car with your child while they look at your items and embarrass your child in front of the whole store I have one here on a daily with no other problems other than the manager that was there today who would not give me her name! Who bullies a child for something that they can’t have no control over

When parents purchase baby stuff for over $300.00 dollars EXPECTING to at least get recovery money, this place gave me $28.00 for my items. Provided 2 strollers valued over $300.00, a V-Tech toy NEVER opened in the original package. This place is a rip off. DON'T waste your time going there. I can only imagine how much they are selling my stuff for now.
