I will never shop here again. I've been in the past and it was great, but the employees were rude, ignored me at check out, and then played a game as to who was going to stop what they were doing to ring me up. The clothes were stained or worn out. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but felt this was appropriate. I'll be sure to give my business to Once Upon a Child from now on.
RecommendedWas management changed? Today we were in and customer service was terrible. We walked in about 20 minutes before closing time. We were in line and the lady was very rude, when she told us the register was closed because they were about to shut down. My little brother stood over the tricycle. She yelled at my brother, which she didn’t have to do that. She picked it up to make sure my brother didn’t do anything to it. We are very disappointed at the way things were handled today.

Worst experience ever! Worst customer service in town. Total rip off store. I was rushed out and the cashier didn't not pay attention. She was on her phone and was rushing me out of the door. I had to accept the worst deal ever since I have a neck injury and didn't wanna take my items back to my car. My SUV was fully loaded with all new equipments and baby cloths. I don't recommend them at all!
After I brought in a stroller I had bought from there to sell back, they told me if I could fix a bubble in the wheel they would buy it. I fixed it and one of the ladies was about to take it when a manager came out and said it supposedly still there. Now both my husband and I have looked at it and still don't see a bubble. Oh and I had my two kids there and this all took about one hour. Talk about a waste of my time I will never buy or sell to them again. Poor customer service and offer the very minimal amount.
