I seriously don't understand them I have a receipt for a 200$ stroller they barley gave me 20 bucks for never used and customer service was stomaching never again...
I have to admit to being very disappointed with Kid to Kid. I took some clothing into consign (Gymboree, Petit Bateau, Kissy Kissy, Osh Kosh, etc.) including a heavy winter Catimini coat which my daughter only wore 2 or 3 times. I washed everything and laid flat as directed on the site. I took in a medium size bin of clothes ranging from 6 months to 2T since they told me they were overloaded with 0-6 months clothes.
