Kim and the OVM Team quickly prequalified, approved, and then led us through the entire closing/funding process. With Kim's experience, she is knowledgable on all aspects of the mortgage. Rate was better than expected and our discussion on the lock period was most helpful. They worked well with our Buyers Agent and ensured all necessary items were completed prior to the closing. Kim helped me get my VA loan completed quickly and easy and was able to tell me what costs to expect with buying my home right away. This helped me with being able to determine which home I would buy withiut having any surprises or disappointments. I knew with each home I was interested in what to expect. She completed everything for me all I had to do was supply my documents. I highly recomend working with her for making your loan process easier. She is professional and very knowledgable in her field.
