Went with another company first. What a mistake. Kim and her folks jumped in and made a very stressful situation bearable. Will gladly use her company again if we ever buy a home or refinance.
As a first time home buyer the whole process seemed daunting, but Kim helped walk us through each step and was very patient with us. Kim worked closely with our realtor to ensure the home buying process was simple. What i mean by that is the process came in sections; each with specific and simple due outs on our end. Kim ensured we both understood and completed each required task.
