Kim and Mischell were the two associates we worked with while purchasing our first home. They were both very nice and very patient answering our many questions. They helped make the confusing and stressful task of getting a loan easy. Kim was great at working hard to ensure our home closed as quickly as possible during/after a state of emergency! I am so pleased with Kim Evers and OVM. Everyone we spoke with either on the phone or in person was helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I had to bring our 6 month old on two occasions and they were so kind and understanding. I absolutely recommend working with Kim.
