I contacted Kim H. for a refinance. but I wasn't really expecting to be able to get a loan yet. She went over every step I would need to do to be eligible and then she was patient while I worked on what I needed. The experience was frustrating at times, but not because of Kim. She spent a lot of time and energy making sure the loan went through. I will work with Kim again when I refinance later for a better rate.

Kim really took care of me and I appreciate all the consistent effort she provided through The whole process.
The team was excellent and had great communication. Answered all the questions that we had in a timely manner. Moving half way across country can be stressful, but the team eased a lot of the stress pretty quickly, working hard to get all of our paperwork completed on time.

It was about one day before the signing, then I received the appraisal of my home. The value came in way higher than expected, so requested to take money out instead. I'm sure the last-minute change was a pain in the butt, but Kim didn't skip a beat. She made the changes, got it done, and I'm very happy with her and VanDyk
