Kimberlee and Danielle were the best to work with. Our loan took was not easy (NOT due to Van Dyke Mortgage) and they were were always available to answer questions, on top off deadlines and super responsive. My wife and I are eternally grateful and thankful for the hard work they put into our loan as we are still in awe of the beautiful, forever home that we are now living in.

Kim was instrumental in our refinance to a to a lower rate several years ago. When she noticed rates below 3% recently, she contacted us and suggested we might be able to refinance at, or slightly below 3%. We ended up with a rate below 2.5%, a five year shorter term, and lower payments to boot. She under promised, and over delivered!

Complicated transaction as this was an estate sale. Kim and her team held it all together until closing.
The whole process went pretty smoothly right up until three days before closing when a mistake was made on the underwriter’s end and the loan had to be changed. We were never told what went wrong by anyone from their team, they told our realtor and she told us what was happening. Communication was okay for a while, but our closing was delayed three days and the final two days of the process I had to text our loan originator to get a response. Very frustrating end to an otherwise smooth process
We were kept up to date throughout the process.
