We were required to send all paperwork work in at the beginning of the process but I do no think anyone took the time to verify that your company had what it needed and really looked at our particular It was very frustrating!!! It would have been a disaster if we were not available 95% if the time to find and rush more documents upon regular I will day our agent was a available almost immediately every time we called. That was a good thing
