Kim was so wonderful to work with! She was super prompt in her communication and was very clear about each step of the process and what to expect during my home loan pre-approval/approval/home purchase. I had a TON of questions for her as everything for my loan was concurrent with the rapidly-changing Covid-19 situation, and Kim was a complete professional throughout the entire process.
